Jasmine DiLucci, JD, CPA
Attorney and accountant Jasmine DiLucci is one of those rare individuals who can honestly say she loves tax law and enjoys working with the IRS. She relishes the challenge of adapting to changes in tax law and strategizing to help clients reach the best outcome, whether at the planning stage or when a problem arises. She knows that when a client has fallen behind on tax obligations or a business has struggled with compliance, it is because they have experienced a setback or don’t understand their obligations. She finds it very fulfilling to help clients move forward to a better situation. And she wants clients to reach out whenever they have questions.
From experience, Jasmine has learned that the IRS sometimes operates according to unwritten rules, and understanding what the agency will and will not accept can make a tremendous difference for clients trying to resolve outstanding tax liability. She takes a strategic approach to planning and resolution, comparing potential scenarios to find the most optimal outcome based on a client’s particular situation. While she and her team are always expanding their base of knowledge and looking for creative solutions, they are straightforward with information they provide to clients and will not promise results that cannot be achieved or relief that is not applicable in a particular case.
As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS since 2011, Jasmine has years of experience leading clients to the best resolution of tax challenges. She is certified as a Public Accountant in both Texas and California, and a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Jasmine earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in California. She guided clients through tax planning and helped overcome resolution issues for years before returning to school to earn her J.D. from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.
At the end of the day, Jasmine loves resolving tax problems because it often has a tremendous impact on people’s lives. She knows that when clients are troubled by a tax problem that has kept them awake at night, they can relax knowing that it will be taken care of.
